What began as a coaching session became a turning point—equipping GGA for greater clarity, structure, and global impact.
When the Global Gospel Alliance (GGA) connected with the Palau team for organizational development coaching, it marked a significant turning point in their journey of growth. “The coaching meeting was incredibly insightful,” shared Stefanie Cunha. “There was so much ‘meat’ and practical wisdom that we’re still unpacking it. We received strategic markers that are helping us set up for greater impact.”
Following the session, Rubens Cunha began expanding GGA’s ministry branch both in the United States and Brazil—planting a renewed vision for leadership development and mobilizing emerging leaders. Meanwhile, Stefanie implemented a comprehensive CRM system, initiated vital legal and structural updates, and improved financial reporting processes to support sustainable growth and future fundraising.
